FreegalMusic+

Freegal Music + is a new music service provided by the Dowdell Library. Freegal (meaning free and legal) allows you to stream music completely for free! Just sign in using your Dowdell library card to get started.

It is available through dowdell.org on desktop, or as an app to stream on your phone via the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Freegal has more than 18 million songs (and always adding more!) available to stream or download.

Dowdell Library offers unlimited streaming and three downloads per week for users (the download limit resets every Monday).

Freegal works very similarly to other music streaming services such as Spotify or Apple Music. You can browse the homepage or search for your favorite artists or songs. 

You can also explore new music by artist, genre, or playlists created by other users. Freegal allows you to create playlists and save songs to download.
